A Question of Honour
The underground royal commission report's examination of foreign and
defence policy:
 |
Nominated for two Gemini Awards including Best Documentary Series,
"A Question of Honour" set out to examine why Canadian soldiers,
often in antiquated equipment and under-manned units, were repeatedly
dropped into war zones to perform "peacekeeping missions" where there
was no peace to keep. |

From corporals to generals, from the frontlines to the backrooms, "A Question of Honour"
examines the decline of the Canadian military in our soldiers' own words. The result of
89 interviews and an in-depth investigation, "A Question of Honour" is explosive and
damning in its answer to two important questions: "who put the soldiers in the field?"
and "are we giving them the best chance to come back alive?"
The companion books include The Chatter Box, Roy Rempel's examination of the role of
Parliament in foreign and defence policy making, and four volumes of edited transcripts
of interviews with soldiers, politicians, academics, journalists and military experts.
